Haringey Reach and Connect is an independent 'light touch', non-specialist service. We provide short-term support (5-10 hours in total) for residents over 50. We are not a statutory or Council service.

Please note:

We only work with Haringey residents over 50.
We can only work with people who want our help, and will engage with our service.
We are not a specialist mental health service, and are only able to work with those living with a mental health condition which is stable.
We are only able to work with people living with the early stages of dementia.
It is very important that your referral contains all the information we need, especially if there are risks.
