About the course:
Coping With Significant Loss and Change is a free, six week psychoeducational group course, which follows a Cognitive Behavioural approach.
Participants will learn about the stages of grief and coping strategies for each.
The course aims to build emotional resilience through the self-help tools learnt within the group and practised at home, whilst respecting that grieving is a natural and normal process.

Each weekly session lasts 2 hours.
The W3 bus stops close to the venue.
