About the course:
Coping With Significant Loss and Change is a free, six week psychoeducational group course, which follows a Cognitive Behavioural approach.
Participants will learn about the stages of grief and coping strategies for each.
The course aims to build emotional resilience through the self-help tools learnt within the group and practised at home, whilst respecting that grieving is a natural and normal process.
The course is licensed by Mind in Bromley. Space is limited to six people, who are Haringey residents and over the age of 50. Referral is essential.
Each weekly session lasts 2 hours.
The W3 bus stops close to the venue.
