Community Connector Paul will be leading a gentle 45 minute weekly walk for male Haringey residents over 50, every Wednesday at 2.30pm
The weekly wellbeing walks will depart from outside the Goods Office cafe at 1-3 Ferme Park Road, Finsbury Park, N4 4DS.
Appropriate walking footwear is recommended, along with a bottle of water.
Health Benefits of Walking
Physical activity helps to prevent and manage over 20 chronic conditions and diseases, including some cancers, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and depression. It is recommended that all adults get 150 minutes of physical activity per week.
